Entrepreneurial Quotient (EQ) is the measurement of the entrepreneurship potential that can lead to the desired behaviour i.e. being an entrepreneur, starting up businesses and thus ultimately energising the economy.
The EQPS is an online system divided into two main sections; l) user and ll) administration. The system is designed to determine the EQ of the user as well as profile the user along with three more related aspects, namely;
l) Big Five Personality Traits (B5),
ll) Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and
lll) Dream Team Characteristics (DT).
The generated profile report will have their EQ score, their B5, EO and DT measures.
The user will also be able to know how they compare with the rest of the cohort as well as their previous results if they had generated their profile before.
On the administration side, the system owner is able to generate reports both for specific users, by cohort, etc.
